1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, downloading, installing, or operating any digital software, algorithmic trading bots, gaming utilities, or hardware virtualization tools provided by BLΛCKMΛTRIX (hereinafter referred to as the "Service", "Software", or "We"), you (the "User", "Customer", or "Licensee") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree unconditionally with all provisions outlined herein, you must immediately terminate your access, refrain from purchasing licenses, and uninstall any files originating from BLΛCKMΛTRIX.

2. Digital License & Restricted Use

All software, client loaders, kernel-level drivers, scripts, and documentation distributed by BLΛCKMΛTRIX remain the exclusive intellectual property of BLΛCKMΛTRIX. Upon valid payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable digital license for personal use only.

• ✕ You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, trace, debug, or tamper with any client binaries, encryption mechanisms, or network communications.
• ✕ Subscriptions and license keys are bound to your individual Hardware ID (HWID). Sharing, renting, leaking, or reselling your key or loader access will trigger immediate, irreversible license termination.
• ✕ HWID resets are subject to staff evaluation to protect against unauthorized account sharing.

3. Software Availability & Game Patches

BLΛCKMΛTRIX software functions by interacting dynamically with third-party operating systems, game engines, and anti-cheat technologies. Due to constant patch updates deployed by third-party game developers, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or permanent 24/7 software uptime.

4. Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand, acknowledge, and assume all potential risks associated with the execution of third-party software, automation tools, and game modifications:

• ⚠️ The use of cheats, bots, or external memory tools may violate the End-User License Agreements (EULAs) or Terms of Service of third-party game publishers.
• ⚠️ BLΛCKMΛTRIX shall not be held liable for any game suspensions, account bans, account terminations, loss of virtual rank, loss of in-game items or currency, or any direct or indirect damages incurred as a consequence of using our software.
• ⚠️ You operate all software, automation scripts, and hardware tools at your own risk and discretion.

5. No-Refund Policy & Chargebacks

All sales of digital subscriptions, software keys, and automation tools are final. Because digital goods and cryptographic keys are delivered instantaneously and cannot be retrieved or un-consumed once distributed:

Attempting an unauthorized chargeback, dispute, or transaction reversal with your bank, credit card issuer, or payment processor constitutes a fraudulent breach of this agreement. Any chargeback will result in the immediate and permanent blacklisting of your Hardware ID, Discord account, and future access to all BLΛCKMΛTRIX services.

6. Delivery & Discord Verification

All software delivery, authorization keys, customer support, and system status updates are conducted through our official verified Discord platform. You are responsible for maintaining a valid Discord account and adhering to our community guidelines.

7. Amendments to These Terms

BLΛCKMΛTRIX reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior individual notice. All updates will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued utilization of our services or software after any modifications signifies your full acceptance of the updated terms.
